Helen Flanagan's ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair's mystery woman is a swimwear model who has known the former Coronation Street actress for nine years.

The Bristol Rovers footballer, 35, was spotted with Louise Tarver on Saturday as they left upmarket restaurant Sexy Fish in Manchester, before continuing their evening at nightclub MNKY HSE, not leaving the establishment until the early hours.

Mother-of-three Helen, 33, who shares children Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and Charlie, three, with Scott, will recognise Louise, after the model attended the soap star's e-cigarette launch in May 2014.

Scott's date night with Louise comes 18 months after his split from Helen, with the formerly engaged couple calling a sudden end on their 13-year relationship last October.

And Helen, who since breaking up from Scott has undergone a breast augmentation, made sure all eyes were on her just hours after her ex was spotted out, showcasing her newly enhanced assets in a bikini upload she shared on Instagram.

Scott's date night with Louise comes 18 months after his split from Helen, with the formerly engaged couple calling a sudden end on their 13-year relationship last October

A source told MailOnline: 'Scott and Louise looked really close on Saturday night.

'They were holding hands before being aware of their surroundings and quickly separating.

'Helen has known Louise for years, it won't be easy for her to know Scott is wining and dining her.'

Louise, who's signed to Savvy Models & Promotions, is from Manchester and appears to be close friends with Coronation Street and Hollyoaks actress Nikki Sanderson, 40, with the pair often photographed together. 

She was pictured at Helen's e-cigarette launch in 2014 wearing a floor length black dress. 

Just hours after Scott and Louise spent their evening together, Helen posted a revealing bikini picture from Grantley Hall, a luxury five-star hotel and spa in Yorkshire, captioning the post, 'Happiest in a bikini.' 

Helen and Scott got engaged in 2018 but they never made it down the aisle.

The couple split in October 2022 and now co-parent their three children with the help of both Helen and Scott's families.

At the end of March, Helen explained she had been absent from social media due to struggling with her mental health in December and January

At the end of March, Helen explained she had been absent from social media due to struggling with her mental health in December and January.

Detailing her struggles on Instagram, Helen told her following she had been upset over her breakup from Scott and coping with life as a single mother.

She went on an 'ADHD medication' but as a result of the drug experienced psychosis, causing her to withdraw from performing in a theatre tour of Cluedo 2.

Helen said cancelling on the show left her 'heartbroken' but she didn't feel well enough to take part.

Writing online, she said: 'I thought it was best for me to take some medication so I'd feel better and be able to cope better with being a working single mum of three. 

'I was emotionally struggling with the break up from the father of my kids but I had a really bad reaction to the medication (an ADHD medication) and it sent me into a psychosis for a few days which I didn't know I was in.'
